BY CAR

To reach Trindade from Paraty, take the Rio-Santos highway towards São Paulo. The village of Trindade is 24 km from the Historic Center, which is approximately a 30-minute drive. Upon reaching the village of Patrimônio, turn left, crossing the Rio-Santos highway, and follow the hill until the end. The entrance to Trindade is where the Cepilho beach appears.

BY BUS

Access can also be made by urban bus line operated by the company Colitur. The bus departs from the Paraty Bus Station every hour and takes you to the village of Trindade. The cost is R$ 5. In Paraty, there is also van transportation available that departs every half hour and takes you to the village. The cost is also R$ 5. The duration is faster than the bus.

When you arrive in the village, get off at the bakery stop. Turn right onto Rua Pedro Rosa until the end. Turn right at the bridge and continue to the end. You will find a gate with the name of the Hostel. The hostel reception is on the right after the gate.

• Check-out time: 11 am.

Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated based on availability. Additional charges will apply.
A 50% tax will be applied on your daily rate to keep using the hostel after check-out time and you will be asked to leave the accommodation and stock your luggages with us.

BREAKFAST

We don’t serve breakfast but we offer some fruits, coffee, tea, juice, bread, butter, jams and crackers from 8 am to 10 am on our beautiful varanda.
During week-end packages and holidays we DO serve breakfast.

PAYMENTS
Please note we do NOT accept credit cards and there is NO ATM machine em Trindade (only in Paraty). Please make sure you have cash for check-in. You can withdraw money at Bradesco bank in Paraty. We also accept US$, CAN$, EUROS and POUNDS.  

PARKING
Please reserve before checking-in, we only have 4 spots available.

TOWELS

In case you forget, we rent towels for 10 reais.

SMOKING PEOPLE

It is forbidden to smoke in the premises. Smoking is possible out of the hostel, in the street, in front of the gate. Cigarettes must be thrown in the trash.

ALCOHOL
It is forbidden to drink alcohol in the hostel.

INTERNET

Our WI-FI works only at reception in order to promote meetings, talks, exchanges and conversations between guests.

KITCHEN
We have a kitchen available for your use (from 9 am to 10 pm). Barbecuing, cooking fish, and frying are prohibited to avoid unpleasant odors in the common areas. We kindly ask each guest to wash, dry, and put away their dishes.

WATER

The source is up the mountain above the property, this is why we have the privilege of offering mineral drinkable water in our kitchen taps.

PETS
Our hostel is located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, so we do not accept the presence of domestic animals (cats and dogs) that disturb wildlife.

Serra da Bocaina National Park offers visitors opportunities for hiking, camping, birdwatching, and enjoying the natural beauty of the area. The park is also known for its cultural heritage, including historic sites and traditional communities that have inhabited the region for generations.

The park is an important conservation area, protecting valuable ecosystems and contributing to the preservation of Brazil’s natural heritage. Serra da Bocaina National Park is part of the Atlantic Forest Biosphere Reserve, designated by UNESCO.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE PERIOD

To make your reservation, please contact us via WhatsApp. Your reservation will be held for 24 hours. It will be guaranteed only after a 50% deposit of the total amount has been made. Please send us the proof via email or WhatsApp.

CANCELLATION DEADLINES

• Normal Reservations

-Guests have the right to cancel their reservation free of charge, except for packages and holidays, up to 7 days after the reservation confirmation and up to 7 days before arrival.

-If the reservation is made between 7 to 2 days before arrival, the deposited amount of 50% will not be refunded. However, it will be possible to reschedule your stay (except during packages and holidays) within a period of 12 months, subject to availability and reservation.

-If the reservation is made 2 days or less before your arrival, the credit will not be refunded, and rescheduling your stay will not be possible.

• Special Packages – Carnival, New Year’s Eve, Holidays

-Cancellation up to 15 days in advance – the deposited amount can be used as credit at the hostel for up to 12 months, subject to availability and reservation.

-Cancellation from 14 to 8 days in advance – the deposited amount minus 15% can be used as credit at the hostel for up to 12 months, subject to availability and reservation.

-Cancellation less than 7 days in advance – the deposit will not be refunded.
